TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
Jenna Anderson
A.S., LMT, TRE, SSP

Jenna is a Certified Provider for TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD,  that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.

Jenna first became interested in TRE®  in 2007,  first for herself, and later as a wonderful tool for her clients to have access and agency to their own healing process, between sessions.

Classes are available in-person or over Zoom. Once the process is learned, TRE® can be practiced anytime, and as often as needed to support healing and health. Jenna recommends 3 classes for a good initiation to developing your own  TRE® practice.
